Bollywood singing classes in Singapore

Bring a song you love — a Bollywood classic, a Tamil or Telugu film favourite, a ghazal or a Western track — and learn to sing it properly. Real pitch control, breath support and mic technique, built on a classical foundation.

What you will work on

Pitch and sur

Singing in tune is the difference between nice and beautiful. We train your ear and voice with short daily practice that carries straight into your songs.

Breath and range

Breath support for long phrases and high notes, and exercises that widen your comfortable range safely.

Murki, harkat and expression

The small ornaments and feeling that make film songs come alive — learnt from the song itself, then made your own.

Mic and performance

Mic distance, sound and stage confidence, so you are ready for a family function, a community event or a recording.

Any song, any language

There is no fixed song list. Students bring Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali film songs, bhajans, ghazals and Western pop. We choose songs that suit your voice today and stretch it a little further each month.

For adults, a course can be built around one song you have always wanted to sing, ending in a performance for friends and family.

Why a classical base helps

Many of the best-loved film songs are built on classical raags. A little training in sur, raag and taal makes film songs easier to learn, and the ornaments easier to sing cleanly. You do not need to become a classical singer — we use just enough of it to make your favourite songs sound their best.

Frequently asked questions

Can I learn just Bollywood songs without classical training?

Yes. Lessons are built around the songs you want to sing. We use short classical exercises only where they help your pitch, breath and ornaments.

Which languages can I sing in?

Any. Students learn Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and other film songs, as well as ghazals, bhajans and Western songs.

I sing out of tune. Can I still learn?

Yes. Pitch is a skill that improves with guided practice. The first lessons focus on ear-training and matching notes, and most students hear a difference within weeks.

Are classes for kids and adults?

Both. Children can start with playful lessons, and adults can learn at their own pace, online or in person.

How much do Bollywood singing classes cost?

Fees depend on the format — one-to-one or group, online or in person. We share current pricing when you enquire.
